"Real Gems@ Costume jewelry cost!"
I've been a loyal customer of JTV for 20+ years. Of course there have been things I returned over those years... Heck I've returned items to Kohl's etcetera. They have the greatest customer service folks! Always go above and beyond. The mark up on gemstone jewelry is 500% NORMALLY. They don't have to do this. But hey... Keep doing what you have been and I will continue to collect... More for me!

"Satisfied long time customer of JTV.com"
I have ordered lots of jewelry from JTV.com and it has always been a positive experience. Shipping is fast and reasonable, sometimes even free! It is very easy to return items & receive a refund, simply send them back in the original package. They will also repair for free items if they arrive damaged and you don't want to return or exchange it. Their prices are fantastic, I will never buy jewelry from a department store or jeweler again since I can find similar items at a fraction of the cost.

“I don't know anymore. I have been with JTV almost as long as they have been on air which for me would be around 22 years. I know now that the quality of the gem stones are very bad as far as clear stones go. The designs are pretty, but the quality is not there anymore. I have gotten damage items. Bent items, missing stones, cloudy colored gem stones, you name I have gotten it. I hate the fact that they source their work from China and other countries to be made. I do not think that I will ever order any thing else from them. I ordered a very large gem stone cross from them and when I received it. It was bent all over. I have sent it back over a month ago and customer service is still telling me that the jewelers have not gotten to my cross yet! That pisses me off that fI have waited this long,”

I seem to be having problems getting my items. i am waiting for 2 so far. they have a tracking number and i call my post office and it says they have not received the 2 items. yesterday i called on another and they are sending me another one. the customer service is very nice. it says the it was sent to the post office but they told me they are having problems like the one i am having. i really like the jtv jewelry. i used to buy from qvc but i think jtv has better items.
